Our story
I founded Savant Housing Services, LLC with one core belief: Everyone deserves a home.
My passion for housing advocacy grew from my professional experience in California real estate and my work with several housing organizations. Throughout those experiences, I saw firsthand that some of the people with the greatest housing needs often faced the greatest barriers to finding and maintaining a safe, stable place to call home.
I created Savant Housing Services to serve individuals who may have experienced foster care, limited or no family support, housing instability, or other significant life challenges, as well as individuals living with physical, mental, emotional, or developmental disabilities.
At Savant, we understand that housing is not one-size-fits-all. Every person has different needs, abilities, preferences, goals, and circumstances. That is why our approach is person-centered and individualized. We listen first. We work to understand what a successful housing environment looks like for each person, and then we develop support around those needs.
Our history
Our work does not end when someone receives the keys to a home. Finding housing is only the beginning.
Our goal is to help individuals not only become housed, but to remain successfully housed for the long term. Whether that means assistance locating appropriate housing, communicating with housing providers, identifying accommodations, navigating housing-related challenges, connecting with resources, or providing ongoing housing retention support, our services are tailored to the individual.
I want every person we serve to feel heard, respected, included, and supported throughout their housing journey. At Savant Housing Services, we strive to help each individual find the environment where they can feel safe, stable, comfortable, and at home.
